Wanton Wizard

A Harry Potter poem was inevitable once Rowling's schoolboy wizard had insinuated himself into every other aspect of teenage and adult life. The poem was written after the publication of the second Harry Potter book, but fiction has now caught up with poetry and Harry has indeed had to struggle with the angst of adolescence as the progressed (or perhaps regressed).

Harry Potter - The Witch With An Itch

Spotty Horror

Harry was a model student,
Good at spelling, and intelligent.
But adolescence! What turmoil,
As bodies sprout and hormones boil.
So by magic, Harry Potter
Turns into a spotty horror
And sweet Hermione only just
Escapes young Harry's wand o' lust.
